EXCHANGE POLICY
1. Exchange Eligibility
Items can be exchanged within 7-14 days of delivery, depending on product type. Articles are eligible for exchange only if all of the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused.
- All original tags are intact.
- Packaging is in its original condition.
- The original invoice is provided.
If you have received an article that is:
- Defective
- In the wrong size
- Incorrect (not what you ordered)
2. Non-Eligible for Exchange
Exchanges cannot be processed in the following cases:
- The exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
- The product has been used, washed, or damaged due to customer handling.
- The product has been altered or tampered with.
- Missing items from the package, such as tags, labels, original packaging, freebies, or accessories.
- Items purchased on sale or clearance are not exchangeable.
- Change-of-mind or preference-based requests are not eligible for exchange.
3. Proof of Purchase
You will be required to share proof to initiate an exchange. Acceptable proof of purchase includes a valid sales receipt or the confirmation email received upon completing an online order as well as photos or videos of the purchased product.
4. Faulty or Incorrect Items
We'll cover exchange shipping for faulty or wrong items. Share photo/video proof within 3 days of delivery.
5. Exchange Process

Ensure you provide all the required details to our representative, including:
- Your order number
- Product name
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos or videos (if applicable)
Once your request has been reviewed and the exchange conditions are confirmed, we will schedule a doorstep pick-up or provide return instructions.
- If the issue is from our end (wrong item, defective product, or missing parts), Attire Central will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the exchange is due to the customer ordering the wrong size or product, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
The entire exchange process typically takes 7–10 business days after verification and approval.
6. Limitations
You can have no more than two exchange requests open at once, and each request can include up to three items.
Multiple exchange requests for the same order or repeated violations of the exchange policy may be declined.
