RETURN POLICY
1. How to Start a Return (Within 07 Days of Delivery)
If you’ve received a defective, incorrect, or incomplete item, please notify our support team within 7 days of delivery. You can reach us through:
- Email: Send details to info@attirecentral.net with:
- Your order number
- Product name
- A brief description of the issue
- A copy of your order confirmation/receipt
- WhatsApp: Message us at +923154006598.
Our customer care team is available 9 AM to 9 PM on WhatsApp and Email .
2. Preparing Your Return
To help us serve you better:
- Photograph the item(s) you’re returning for condition verification.
- Find your receipt (emailed to you during order confirmation).
- Share the photos/videos, your order number, and reason for return with customer care via email or WhatsApp.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, you’ll be sent a return form. Fill it in and await further instructions.
3. Return Authorization & Shipping Details
- After approval, you’ll receive an email within 24 hours containing:
- The return address
- Step-by-step return instructions
- If the issue is from our end (wrong item, defective product, or missing parts), Attire Central will cover the return shipping cost. Please share the courier receipt within 24 hours of dispatching your parcel to confirm reimbursement. Returns for reasons such as “change of mind,” “preference,” or “wrong size ordered” are not eligible.
- If you’ve changed your mind, return shipping will be your responsibility.
4. Eligibility Criteria
You can return items if they:
- Are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- Still have original tags and packaging intact
Returns are accepted for:
- Defective products
- Wrong item sent
- Missing parts or incomplete set
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized items
- Items that are stained, used, washed, altered, or damaged
- Items handled against care instructions
- Items delivered locally but taken abroad
6. Timelines to Remember
- Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- After approval, your item must be shipped back within 7 days.
- Late returns may be declined or returned to the sender.
7. Refunds & Store Credit
You may choose between a refund or a store credit voucher when completing your return form.
- Processed via the original payment method.
- Store credit for COD orders.
- Refund processing takes 7–10 business days after the parcel reaches us.
8. Important Notes
- Attire Central is not responsible for returns lost during transit.
- Fading, color bleeding, or print damage from washing/ironing is not covered.
- Refunds are only initiated after a successful quality check of the returned items.
- Bank delays are outside Attire Central’s control; we’ll notify you as soon as we initiate a refund.
